Alex Cozzi
Alex Cozzi is an evangelist whose ministry concentration is northern NJ. His hearts desire is to see people come to know the perfect love of God that has been demonstrated in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Alex has been on a toilsome, but rewarding spiritual journey that began about 12 years ago when he came to faith in Jesus Christ through reading the Gospel of John. Since that time he has been amazed by God’s persistent and patient pursuit of a relationship with him. He knows and believes deeply in God’s unconditional love for every human being, which all people are directly responsible to. Alex is a graduate of Philadelphia Biblical University and has done graduate studies at Evangelical Theological Seminary. He is completing his M.A. in Biblical Studies at Baptist Bible Graduate School. He is a lover of food, especially Italian.
Gerard Murphy
Formerly a skeptic, Gerard is being radically and joyfully transformed by the risen Christ. His journey with Jesus has taken him to nursing homes, hospitals, jails, and now, Pizza Church. He began his undergraduate studies at Georgetown University (where he foolishly thought he could write a paper disproving God's existence), graduated summa cum finally from Montclair State University, and has attended Alliance Theological Seminary in Nyack, New York. To pay his bills, Gerard manages the corporate library of a leading national consulting engineering company, which has inspired the title of a promised autobiography: "How to Catch the Wild Goose Without the Turkeys Biting You!" He and his beautiful wife, Carla, temporarily reside as pilgrims on earth in Bloomfield, New Jersey.
From the earth's loosened mould
The Sapling draws its sustenance, and thrives;
Though stricken to the heart with winter's cold,
The drooping tree revives.
Longfellow - "An April Day"
