Statement of Faith:

Pizza Church embraces the essential tenets of orthodox Christian faith

We Believe in one all powerful God, eternally existent in three personalities, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. For His glory, God, created all things seen and unseen out of nothing by His spoken word.

We Believe that God has revealed Himself in the person of Jesus Christ and the Holy Scriptures; and that the Old and New Testament Scriptures are verbally inspired by God and inerrant in the autographs, therefore they are completely trustworthy in all that they say and hold divine authority.

We Believe that Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, and was both God and man, existing in one person and without sin;

We Believe in the resurrection of the crucified body of Jesus, in His ascension into heaven, and in His existence as our Mediator and High Priest.

We Believe that God created the human race in the state of sinless perfection with the historical parents of Adam and Eve.

We Believe in the original sin of Adam and Eve that occurred through their disobedience to God's revealed will and resulted in spiritual and physical death, and that as a result all human beings have an inherent sinful nature that places them in direct rebellion to God.

We Believe in the existence of Satan, sin, and evil principalities, and that they have been overcome by God through His work in the cross of Christ.

We Believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for ours sins, according to the Scriptures, providing the substitutionary atonement, overcoming the power of evil; and that all who believe in Him are justified by His shed blood and forgiven of all their sins.

We Believe in one universal Church as the body of Christ, which is composed of the communities of Christians. The objective of the Christian life in this world is to be God's redemptive instruments, expressing His love through worship in personal devotion and outward expression by proclaiming the Gospel to the whole of humanity through word and deed; and attempting to reform social injustices with the power of the Gospel.

We Believe in the physical return of Jesus Christ to this earth to gather His elect, to raise the dead, to judge the nations, and to fulfill the promises of His kingdom.

We Believe in the bodily resurrection of all people, the lost unto everlasting punishment, and the saved unto everlasting glory.
